One way we’re like family is how we get to know each other by name. We care about the whole person, not just the position. We have an open door culture which welcomes any employee to reach out to upper management for help or to discuss concerns. We want everyone to be heard.
As a family we invest in our employees’ continued education and training so that they are equipped for a successful career. But, we aren’t the only ones investing in our employees. Throughout the years our drivers have created a mentor network within themselves to help each other. The experienced individuals help the less experienced so that there is always someone to talk to if there’s a problem or a question.
